At JT Music Merch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
